All item sales will be final - no exchanges, returns or refunds are allowed.

Exception : If your album or merch is missing inclusion(s) as mentioned on our webpage, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for refund or exchange:

1. Please record your entire unboxing process, from shipping box to album/goods, without editing, to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

2. Send your unedited unboxing video to [email protected], with proof of your purchase (physical receipt or if ordered online, please send the video using the e-mail address, where you received the order confirmation)

※ Any items returned to us, without our confirmation for refund, return or exchange will not be accepted and will be disposed of.
